Do you ship your furniture?
Yes, we offer delivery everywhere in the USA. Delivery fee depending on the size and quantity of pieces delivered. 
What are your payment options?
We ask for 50% down to officially put your project onto the shop production schedule. The final 50% balance is due on delivery. We can take payment via check, cash, Zelle, and other credit card services (which add an additional 3%).
What should I use to clean my furniture?
A soft rag with mild soap is best. Do not use abrasives or harsh chemicals like Clorox Bleach or General Cleaners.
What sort of warranty do I get with my pieces?
We stand behind our work. If a piece of furniture shows a failure related to our craftsmanship we will repair that piece free of charge within the first year. We do not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear or excessive use cases.  
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. This is why we work hand in hand throughout the project to do our best to ensure the final product matches with your wishes.
